This video is designed to provide an overview of the process of completing an 80% lower with the patented Easy Jig design. You can download the entire manual at this link: http://www.80percentarms.com/pages/easy-jig-information We offer a tool kit containing all the tools needed to finish the jig: http://www.80percentarms.com/collections/lower-jigs/products/easy-jig-tool-kit If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. *We do NOT recommend using the Black and Decker router used in part of this video. After using it to complete a large number of lowers, it did not perform as well as other routers we tested. We provide model numbers to two inexpensive quality routers on our website. The Porter Cable router shown in this video works very well, we highly recommend it.

After assembling about 22 AR, I decided to try this. I bought a Dewalt router and extra end mill bit. The instructions are very concise and easy to follow. I just completed the trigger pocket milling process last night and plan to complete the lower next weekend. The billet lowers are more expensive than cast/forged and worth the cost. I plan to do more.
Billet Lowers and milling kit

After a small issue of product availability AR-15LowerReceivers made good with me. There are not too many internet companies that will do that for customers. The billet lowers were of great quality and the milling kit is better than what I was expecting it to be. The milling kit is packaged very nice in its own box for re-use. I have been too impressed with this company not to be a return customer.
