AR-15LowerReceivers.com guarantees customer satisfaction. If the product you purchase does not meet your expectations for any product or warranty-related reason, simply return it to us within 30 days along with a copy of the original invoice. We will replace, credit, or refund you the original purchase price (to be decided by AR-15LowerReceivers.com). Restrictions apply, see below.
“Product or warranty related reason” refers to any warranty or service/repair issue, or any deficiency in the craftsmanship or advertised performance of the product. It does not apply to any dealers and/or individuals who decide a different product would better suit their needs after receiving the original product. In this situation, an exchange can be made so long as the product is new, unfired, and returned in the original packaging with a copy of the original sales invoice. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
If the return is related to our advertised lifetime warranty, a refund may be applicable. All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the card on which the purchase was initially made. Cash purchases or COD orders will be refunded by a company check, which will be issued no earlier than 5 business days after the returned product has been received. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded, unless it is determined that the product became defective after leaving the AR-15LowerReceivers’ dock, and is not refunded or credited on non-warranty related exchanges. No exceptions.
