Any customer who has spent $1,000 or more with us over their lifetime qualifies for free returns at any time (even past 90 days) on new, unopened, unused items! Qualifying customers will not be charged any restocking fee or return shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

We strive to keep shipping quick, but costs low! We offer same- or next-day shipping automatically (for in-stock items only). Shipping costs will be determined at the time of checkout. Rates are calculated based on your ZIP code/locale. We only ship using UPS for speed and safety. Your items will be shipped in a non-descriptive box, sealed at every edge.

You may qualify for free shipping! Any orders placed over $250 qualify.

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we cannot ship any items to a PO Box or internationally. We’re also not allowed to ship to New Jersey residents. New Jersey’s attorney general has demanded that companies stop marketing and selling untraceable weapons or “ghost guns”. See N.J.S.A. 2C:39-9g.

Lastly, we cannot ship to states or locales with restrictions or bans enacted against certain items and/or firearm accessories (like high-capacity magazines).


New, Unopened, and Unused items

We gladly accept returns on all new, unopened, and unused items within 90 days for a full refund, for any reason!

We strive to provide the lowest prices on 80% lowers and AR-15 parts for you and all our fellow builders. To keep our promise of low prices to you, we must require a 10% re-stocking fee and return shipping to be paid on new, unopened, unused items.

Defective Items

We work hard to provide you only the highest-quality, American-made lowers and parts. You deserve that! That said, nothing is always perfect.

If you ever receive a defective item from us, even if it’s been opened and used, we want to accept your return as soon as possible. We’ll work to make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it.

80% Lower Receiver Returns

We work hard to accept returns on all defective items, even receivers. Our 80% lowers are considered the best-built on the market. But manufacturing with metal, big equipment, pressure, and extreme heat is bound to cause small mistakes or blemishes (very rarely).

If you receive a defective 80% lower receiver, do not attempt to correct the defect or machine it. Just get in touch with us.

We’ll work with you to determine the issue with your lower. If your lower is deemed defective by no fault of your own, we’ll start the return process and give you further instructions. If you’ve begun work on your lower and found it to be defective, keep reading:

Partial or completed 80% lowers (defective)

If you’ve begun or finished machining your 80% lower and found it to be defective by no fault of your own, do not continue assembly. If incomplete, stop machining immediately and call us or email us. If parts are installed or partially installed, do not attempt to complete installation and don’t attempt to remove them until we’ve had a chance to talk to you.

Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll work with you to determine the defect. We may ask for photos of your lower receiver to confirm. Once we’ve confirmed the defect, we’ll provide you further instructions on how to legally and safely return your lower for an exchange.

A partially or completed lower receiver may be or is considered a firearm. We cannot accept any returns on any items that may be considered a firearm under the Gun Control Act of 1968.

Because of this, we may require manual destruction of the defective lower prior to shipping. Usually, this involves cutting the defective lower in half. This is the only way to guarantee your safety and ours in the eyes of the law.

Cancelling an Order & Refunds

Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes, you buy a product and decide shortly after that you don’t need it. That’s okay! If you’ve placed an order and wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Like we said, we work quickly to provide same- and next-day shipping on all items. We cannot guarantee an order cancellation will not be subject to the 10% re-stocking fee. The sooner you get in touch with us to cancel, the better!


We’ll process your refund with your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item back into our inventory. We’ll provide you with a receipt for your refund as well. Once processed, you should see your funds returned to you within 3 to 5 business days.
