You need something more substantial, something more permanent. What you need is Hoppe's Black Lubricating Cloth. When you use it with Hoppe's gun oil, it makes an excellent method with which to clean your firearm. Its temperature tolerance ranges from -65°F to 540°F, and it comes in its own resealable bag.
