Premium 80% Lower Fire/Safe Marked Billet (5-pack) & Elite Builder 80% Lower Jig - AR15/AR9 (With Tooling)

This Elite Builder 80% Lower Jig is compatible with our Forged 80% Lowers and our Premium Fire/Safe Marked Billet 80% Lowers! Other manufacturer's billet 80% lowers may be compatible with this 80% lower jig, provided their lower receiver design adheres to mil-spec specifications.

One lower’s good practice for that first “from-scratch” AR build. Two lowers are great if you make a mistake. Three works, but let’s face it, you’re going to want to build more - especially since you’re buying the best 80% jig on the market, the Elite Builder. Stop the debate in your head. Just do it: Grab the five-pack combo and you’ll be ready to flesh out that AR armory like you’ve always dreamed. You’ll be glad you did.

Billet 80% Lower Receivers

What good are a bunch of junk lowers? We kept things to a high standard of quality by machining every billet 80% receiver from 6061-t6 aluminum using precise CNC. All receiver blanks ship with perfectly tapped and threaded mil-spec fittings and the gold-standard anodized coating to boot. Assembly is easier thanks to some innovations that ditch those roll pins, too:

  • Integrated trigger guard
  • Threaded bolt catch hole
  • Threaded rear takedown hole
  • Included screws and hex key
  • “FIRE” and “SAFE engravings
  • Type III hardcoat anodized finish
  • Mil-spec buffer and parts kit fitment
  • Broached mag well for easier reloads

Elite Builder AR-15 80% Jig

The Elite Builder Jig is the gunsmithing station you need to confidently cut and drill all five receiver blanks for all those new black rifles and pistols. It’s made from hardened steel with high-speed drill bushings, industrial-grade HSS bits, and automatically indexing side plates and templates to reduce most of the measuring required. All you need is a basic drill press or mini-mill:

  • Hardened steel drill bushings automatically align and center bits
  • All site plates, top plates and templates made from hardened steel
  • Template laser-cut to provide machining accuracy down to 0.001”
  • Self-aligning jig automatically indexes billet receiver for you
  • Black anodized finish protects jig walls and templates
